Pairing Remote Control to RYSE SmartShade or SmartCurtain

How to pair your RYSE Remote Control

To pair your RYSE Remote Control, follow these steps:

  1. Remove the battery cover plate on the back of the device. Insert the provided batteries.

  2. With the back cover plate off, you will be able to see the following buttons:

Enter Pairing Mode:

  1. Press PAIR once (using a paperclip) to enter pairing mode. BLUE LED will begin to blink

  2. Press the PAIR button on the SmartShade or SmartCurtain to associate the device to the remote controller.

    1. On the SmartShade, the PAIR button is on the top of the device

    2. On the SmartCurtain, the PAIR button is the square button on the front of the device.

  3. The LED should now stop blinking and turn solid. Your remote is now paired to your SmartShade/SmartCurtain!

Note: Only 10 Devices can be paired to the remote at any given time and up to 4 devices per channel.
