Channels are a powerful feature that allows you to group and control multiple RYSE products together. Think of a channel as a virtual room. You can add all the devices from one room (like your living room) to a single channel and control them all at once with a single button press.
Your remote supports multiple channels, and you can pair up to four RYSE products to each one.
Switching Between Channels
To switch from one channel to the next, simply press the Channel button on your remote.
When you switch channels, one of the LEDs at the top of the remote will light up for a second to show you which channel is now active:
LED 1: Channel 1
LED 2: Channel 2
LED 3: Channel 3
LED 4: Channel 4
Adding Devices to a Channel
Before you begin, please ensure that the Remote Controller is in “Multi channel mode”. Resort
Select Your Channel: First, press the Channel button until the LED for your desired channel lights up. For example, if you want to add devices to Channel 2, press the Channel button until LED 2 flashes.
Pair Your Device: Once you're on the correct channel, press the Pair button to begin pairing your first RYSE product. The LED for the active channel will start to blink slowly. Follow the pairing instructions for your specific RYSE device.
Add More Devices: You can add up to four devices to this channel by repeating the pairing process for each new device while the channel is still selected.
Controlling Your Devices
Once your devices are paired to a channel, any command you send will control all of them simultaneously.
Example: If you have three SmartShades paired to Channel 1, pressing the Up button will make all three shades go up at the same time. Pressing Down will make them all go down.
This makes it easy to manage multiple window shades or curtains without having to control each one individually. You could set up a "Bedroom" channel, a "Living Room" channel, and an "Office" channel for convenient, one-touch control of each space.
