Factory resetting your SmartCurtain will result in losing its calibration points (left and right curtain position) and pairing information.
Before running a factory reset of a SmartShade added to a SmartBridge, first delete it from the SmartBridge via the RYSE App.
To factory reset the SmartCurtain, locate the Factory Reset button (the small, recessed button underneath the PAIR button).
Using any object with a pointed end (i.e. a pen or a pencil), press and hold the Factory Reset button for a few seconds. You will see the LED lights around the PAIR button flash blue, red, then pulsing blue as the device reboots.
