What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day money back guarantee. So, for any reason, if our products do not live up to your expectations, you can return it within the first 30 days.

To request a return, please contact our friendly customer support team at [email protected] and we will gladly look into a return for you. When contacting our team, please be sure to include your order number, the serial numbers of the devices you would like to return (if the boxes have been opened), the reason for the return, and a photo of the devices in the returned shipping box.

If you are requesting a return from the USA, Canada, or the UK, and your order is within the return period, we will be able to issue a return shipping label for you.

If you are requesting an international return, you will be required to create a tracked shipping label to ship the units back to our returns center, and provide the tracking number to our support team.

After your units arrive back at our returns facility, your refund will be issued within 30 days.

Please note that a $10.00USD restocking fee applies to all returned orders from helloryse.com.

If you purchased from somewhere other than helloryse.com (such as Amazon or Best Buy), the place of purchase is responsible for returns. RYSE cannot accept returns for items purchased from other retailers.
