Delete a SmartShade or SmartCurtain from the App with SmartBridge

Prior to deleting a SmartShade from the app, ensure that you remove it from any Groups or Routines that it belongs to. In addition, you need to be on the same WiFi network as the SmartBridge its paired with.

To delete a SmartShade that's paired to a SmartBridge from the app, follow these simple steps:

  1. From the main dashboard, tap and hold the SmartShade you would like to delete.


  2. In the pop-up that appears, tap "Delete" to remove the window that the SmartShade is on.

  3. Your SmartShade will be deleted, and removed from your RYSE dashboard. Please note that any other user accounts connected to this SmartBridge will also lose access to the deleted SmartShade.

Note:

If your SmartShade is offline, you can still force delete it. To delete a SmartShade that is offline:

  1. Long-press the SmartShade in the RYSE app

  2. Wait up to one (1) minute for the app to search for the SmartShade

  3. Select "Force Delete" when the popup appears

This will remove your SmartShade, even if it is offline.
