Deleting a User From The SmartBridge

In order to delete a user's access from a specific SmartBridge, follow these simple steps:

  1. From the RYSE App dashboard, tap the gear icon on the right side of the screen to select your SmartBridge Settings

  2. Select "Users"

  3. Tap the trash can icon next to the user's email address

  4. Select "Remove" to confirm

  5. The user will be removed from the SmartBridge!
