If you are looking to fully open or close a specific SmartShade, you can do so from the main dashboard.
Open: Tap the Open Shade button next to the SmartShade you are trying to open. This will move that shade to its fully open position.
Close: Tap the Close Shade button next to the SmartShade you are trying to close. This will move that shade to its fully closed position.
