A deep-charge is necessary on all new devices, the Refurbished AXIS Gear, as well as to "reboot" your device during initial stages of troubleshooting.

In order to complete a deep-charge, please follow the instructions below:

1. Take the back cover OFF your Gear
2. With the back cover OFF, leave your Gear plugged in via the wall plug for 6 hours
3. Once 6 hours have passed, replace the back cover back ON, then press and hold X for 3 seconds to switch on.
