If you would like to install your SmartShade on a metal surface, you will require a few additional tools for installation.
Tools Required:
#6 x ¾” or ½” Sheet Metal Screws
⅛” Cobalt Drill Bit for Stainless Steel
#1 Phillips Screwdriver
Drill (any brand)

Note: If you prefer not to use screws, it is also possible to use 3M VHB Tape to attach your mounting bracket to the wall. However, this tape is very difficult to remove, so we suggest using screws in most installations.
