iOS Widgets provide the ability to control your RYSE devices through the Shortcuts app. Widgets are currently only available for iOS devices, and are not available on Android devices.
The SmartBridge is required to enable this feature.
Before getting started with RYSE widgets:
Make sure you are logged into your RYSE account in the RYSE app.
Make sure your SmartBridge is paired to the RYSE App. If your SmartBridge is not yet paired, please see our articles on this topic here.
Make sure your SmartShades and/or SmartCurtains are paired to your SmartBridge. If they are not yet paired, please see our SmartShade paring article here, or our SmartCurtain pairing article here.
To begin using Widgets with your RYSE devices:
Touch and hold the home screen
Tap Edit -> Add Widget
Search for "RYSE" or scroll down to see the exciting widgets available! The options are:
Bridge Control: This widget can set all windows on a selected SmartBridge to their fully open or closed positions.
Dual Bridge Control: Just like Bridge Control, but you can open or close all windows on two selected SmartBridges, with independent control!
Window Control: This widget allows you to add one or more of your windows, and set any added windows to their fully open or closed positions.
This widget shows the names of any added windows, and displays a visual-only slider, showing the current position of the devices.
Group Control: This widget allows you to select one or more Groups (created within the RYSE app), and fully open or close all windows in the Group.
This widget shows the name of the Group, and the open/close buttons.
